Waiting.....

Waiting.  It's hard.  It doesn't matter what you are waiting for.  It's just hard to wait.  To wait patiently is even harder.  To not be anxious.  To be still and know that He is God. To try and distract myself being busy with all the things there are to do rather than anticipating all the work that will need to be done.  We've done our part.  We've gathered paperwork.  We've had our plans drawn.  We've had an engineer design the septic field.  We've registered with the appropriate companies.  We are ready to go. The excavator is ready to go. The weather is beautiful and warm this far into October. 

And yet, we wait.

Wait for the powers that be to give us the piece of paper that says we can start.

Did I mention that waiting is hard?

"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint."
